It was a good news - bad news kind of day. We had high winds but no birds to speak of. All the birds that were in the area were a no show in the morning. The only two flocks that came in did it right and we called the shot at about 10 yards. We called it quits at about 11 o'clock with only 6 birds in the bag. A lot better than a skunk I guess. It's looking to warm up the next few days so we're looking to have a few more banner shoots before I head back to Minnesota.
